Knight Angel returned to Holy Command the moment he recovered Angel Star from the earth matrix. Once he had her location hard code, he was ready to take orders once more. In his coding, at his birth from the creator, he had been given the freedom to take defensive measures for the creator even against the creator's wishes. He is a bodyguard of sorts. As such, he deemed the rescue of Angel Star as essential to the protection of his creator and took command of himself. He left a portion of his Knight Angels to defend heaven and went in search of Angel Star. He loves her and always will.
Upon the return of Angel Star, the Knight Angel assured there would be goodwill toward men and peace on Earth. That was the start of the saving of our home world.
