Ian had a way with cake making. He was the maestro of the kitchen, or at least he was when it came to all things sweet and wonderful. His celebration cakes were monuments to his creative genius. Nobody can eat that much cake tho, not even when evert bite is a lesson in divinity. So Ian made a website and we all spread the news... his home-baking business took off like some jet plane. He's a sort of local legend these days - the man who made cakes that were real art.

Cheesecake was our celebration cake of choice, kinda had the creamy feeling of an ice-cream cake yet with a more mellow sense of chill.
