Eric could see Tom coming his way, from the bouncy stride he knew there was a grin plastered on his face. So typical for him to be happy in the morning. He'd be upbeat, joking, looking for banter. Eric dived into his bag for a book to hide behind. He could stare at the text, act like he had something better to do than talk. Then he could go back to thinking about his new computer program, the functionality was bothering him. There was so much to get right. "Hey, Eric. Went out with Jessica last night!" He let the book sink back into his bag, not fast enough.

"Oh, right. You like her?"

"Boring as hell, but those tits. Man, there isn't much I wouldn't do for those." Tom winked, grinning wider. Then lowered his voice. "Taking her out tonight too, recon she might put out after a couple of drinks, know what I mean?" Eric did know what he meant. It made him sick. Jessica wasn't boring, she just wasn't a meth head bimbo. He forced a grin.

"Yeah, man. Maybe, maybe," he paused, "gotta go."

Oliver let his eyes slide over her body, adding up her pluses and minuses like a mathematical equation. If she ranked high enough he'd put her on his radar, line her up with the other girls he wanted to add to his list of conquests. She was an eight, not good enough. He was a nine at least, the chick simply didn't meet his standards. It was her breasts that let her down, not large enough. Some of the guys said they like the athletic look, but frankly he saw the way their eyes popped at his dates. He liked that - the jealousy. The hotter the girl the better...

"Look at the brunette over there. The one with the long legs and the little black dress."

"Yeah."

"She's mine. Or at least she will be mine for the night. She's hotter than your girlfriend."

"Or yours."

"Mmmm. That she is. And for one night I can put up with whatever personality goes with it."

The man turned, all the charm of the club gone, his mouth a straight line, the friendly sparkle in his eyes extinguished. He moved so close she could feel his breath on her face and spoke just one word, "Undress."

The dancing spark of excitement went out inside of Maggie. The man wasn't behaving as he should. He should want to know something about her, anything. "My name's..."

"Don't need your name. That just complicates things." He swept her hair over her ear and kissed her neck hard, pushing her back against the wall. Maggie's insides went cold. This wasn't right. He wasn't the funny man who told jokes over the music, he wasn't the gentle man who held her hand in the street. She froze as he began to remove her dress.

"No." Maggie pushed back against his chest. He moved his head back to meet her eyes.

"You're just a bit of rough from the gutter, girl. There's no prince charming for you. Welcome to your life, one night stands, lonely regrets, it's what you're made for..."

"Take a look, tits at two o'clock, legs up to her arm pits." Ian turned his head as if looking for a different store, catching the girl Tink meant.

"Mmm. Wouldn't kick her out of bed, looks a bit hight maintenance though, if you know what I mean."

"Who said anything about maintenance? You just tell 'em you'll call back, bro. Here, I'll get her number, watch and learn..."

"Who's that?" Ian followed Mike's gaze.

"Kayla Jones. Don't go there, bro. She's just pretty packaging, personality like a viper." Ian turned back to his terminal but Mike was still staring as if lost in full fantasy mode.

"I can put up with any personality for a week or so, Ian. And for that package maybe a fortnight." With that Mike stood up and crossed the room, "accidentally" dropping his pen on her desk...

"I've got a new date tonight, BMI of a model, eyes so dark I can't tell if they're brown or black. She's got a rack to make you're eyes water and an ass that could hypnotize the pope."

Rainer raised his eyebrows and turned to Shane. "What are her hobbies? What job does she do? How old is she?" Shane rolled his eyes and went back to programming the sequence. Rainer continued, "if you ever go near my sister I'll introduce your head to the business end of a shovel."

Shane turned his head with exaggerated slowness. "Dude, if I had ever had your sister I wouldn't even remember. It's not like I take names and addresses. Just screen shots of the best performers, wanna see my wall of fame?"

"Don't speak. Don't look me in the eye. Don't ever say 'no' to what I want or even hesitate. When you step foot in this apartment you are mine to do with as I wish until I tell you to get out. Only ever show lust; always ask for more, never less, never 'stop.' Please me and good things will happen, disappoint and bad things will happen. I hope you understand me; I'm sure you'd like to stay pretty."
