restaurants - quotes and descriptions to inspire creative writing
The lighting was dim and the air was thick with the scents of so many different foods. I tried not to gag as a waitress carrying a plate of seafood walked by. I never like the smell of fish. As I waited for my food, I listened to the noisy chatter of all the people sitting around me. The restraunt was small, and I was starting to feel clausterphobic.
As we drive in the car, the thought of which restaurant to go to was the big question. How do we choose which one is the best? Should it be the one with pizza, or Chinese food? How about all American or just a buffet style with everything life could ask for? The other question that also bothered me was how the service was. If we go to a pizza place, it might take a while to get the pizza. But with everyones decision, we were able to resolve our problems and decide to go to a buffet with everything, so everyone can be happy.
