Troy’s eyes were filled with utter rage, cursing not-so-quietly in Spanish. I couldn’t understand his words, and could only know they were curse words for the taut tone of his voice, because the words sounded strangely melodic. They were sweet but venomous, like cupcakes sprinkled with poison.
