The “Waltz of the Flowers” fills the air. In the ballad I become the wind, moving the flowers, their partner in a joyous dance. Together we twirl, those flowers and I. In that intensity of colour, we exist only in that moment, in the tiniest fragment of time, yet ever moving forward. As spring winds come and go, so do we: strong and then quiet, sometimes held in perfect stillness. In the richness of that dance we are elevated and free within a world so vibrant, the body surrendering its needs to the serenity of the mind, bringing inner harmony. In the moments of twirling dance there is a sweet heady aroma, a perfume that lingers in the still moments. It is the lulls that make the dancing all the more sweet, and yet the movement that paints love into the stillness to come.
