Ah, hackers. Well, whatever their skills they can only be as noble as their philosophy is sound. They are chainsaws. They can cut a fallen tree to let a river flow, or decimate a forest that should have grown for centuries yet. So. By all means learn the craft of the computer and be a "Robin Hood," but be sure your merry men are doing what they should.

Any tool is only as good as the purpose to which it is applied. Most in this money-nexus world cannot hold onto a concept well enough to see if it is compatible with one other concept, let alone several as the brightest brains can achieve. And so the hackers fall into this category, alas. They are as brilliant engines ever destined to remain as agents of negative chaos. Brains that cannot comprehend the value of empathy, whom have let this area of brain development wane, are unable to make their moral compass function, yet believe it to do just that. They are all Captain Jack Sparrow, wherever their compass points they assume is "North," or the "only correct destination." They then hurt villains and heroes with equal force and contempt. This is the problem with vigilantes, vigilantes of the physical and virtual arenas.
