I'm so very proud of my girls, for the positive difference they make in this world. I'm proud that they have risen to become voices for society that cares for all. I love that they find strength in their identity as a woman and can see that they are human first and the equals of men. I'm proud that they seek to support men and boys, that they want real goodness for all. It is, after all, a weakness to seek power instead of a real level playing field. We girls grow to become women, and we are part of families that love our fathers and sons as strongly as our mothers and daughters.

I am proud of my girls for learning how to speak and have real confidence in the female voice, able to take to the podium and speak with the power love gives to them.

I am proud of my girls for speaking up to the reality of life as a human who is also female, for they speak in ways that have the chance to bring peace to all.
